42nd Croatian Seminar For Foreign Slavic Studies Students

Dear colleagues and students, the 42nd Croatian Seminar for Foreign Slavic Studies Students will be held in Dubrovnik from 19th August to 30th August 2013. By attending lectures, and by participating in language exercise courses and seminars, our participants will be given the opportunity to improve their knowledge of the Croatian language and to study various linguistic, literary, historical and cultural topics. The basis of the academic part of the programme are the lectures. This year's topic of the lecture cycle is „Resistance“. Twelve experts from different fields will present recent perspectives in the readings of subversive practices and their scope in the Croatian literature, culture and language.

Further information on the Zagreb School of Slavic Studies and the 42nd Seminar is available at our website.

I am looking forward to meeting Croatian and Slavic Studies students and colleagues from all over the world and I take this opportunity to invite you to Dubrovnik to the 42nd seminar of the Zagreb School of Slavic Studies.
